Using podcasts in facilitating learning
It is importat to learn e-learning to enable you manage your work easier. it is the good way of managing workload in a convenient way. In this e-learning ,I will focus on the use of podcass in facilitating learning to colleagues how they should facilitate their lessons and to studens in my lessons.
The important factors to remember is to look at the challenges of using podcast in the resource limited centre. The first is to see whether students have internet access, are there other options to use if all students do not have access to internet, how do I involve my colleagues in using podcasts, will there be someone willing to assist with IT challenges during the sessions. These factors will be considered before starting with my new idea of e-learning.
